Social media management and content strategy for a non-profit organization focused on education.
STEM_HUB is a Czech student community focused on science, technology and education. It regularly organizes events, connects students and enthusiasts, and builds a home base for people who want to do more during high school. The goal was to unify STEM_HUB's communication on Instagram and optimize it for growing the Discord community. The content has to be relevant both for students who are completely new to science and for those who have been interested in it for years.
One of the main goals is to bring new members into the STEM_HUB community. For that, I chose a strategy of popular science posts with the potential to reach even students who don't actively follow STEM content. An example of this strategy is the post "Stranger Things & Physics".
To communicate with high school students who are active in STEM subjects, we prepare science memes that already require above-average knowledge of the field. Posts, reels and stories promoting the Discord community and the online and offline events STEM_HUB runs several times a month are aimed at followers in general.
The collaboration ran from August 2025 to October 2026. I have since moved into leading the entire STEM_HUB organization, which is why I stepped away from the social media role. The numbers show gradual organic growth, without any form of paid reach.
I would like to recommend Daniel Vožeh, who is responsible for marketing at STEM_HUB. Since joining, he took over the marketing work independently and gradually built a functioning marketing team that now works systematically with set goals. He created a long-term plan that lets us develop and improve consistently. Beyond team and strategic work, he also contributed to the graphic design of materials. Within the team, he prepared the complete visual identity of promotional outputs, presentations and other materials that STEM_HUB needs to communicate with the public, partners and students. I especially appreciate his independence, his ability to see things through and his clear plan, all of which move the organization forward. His work has a long-term benefit and forms a solid foundation for the further development of marketing at STEM_HUB. I rate this collaboration positively and can only recommend it.
